LOS (Loan Origination System) and LMS (Loan Management System)
. The role is strictly for
application support
; candidates with hardware or general IT infrastructure experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day
application support
for LOS and LMS platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues raised by users
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for bug fixes and enhancements
Perform UAT support, issue tracking, and closure
Maintain incident logs, tickets, and MIS
Support application upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts
Ensure minimal downtime and SLA adherence
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
1-4 years of experience strictly in Application Support
Mandatory experience on
LOS & LMS
in NBFC/Banking environment
Strong understanding of NBFC business processes
Basic knowledge of SQL/MIS reporting preferred
