To provide day-to-day support for business applications, ensure smooth operations, resolve incidents, and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 application support for Manufacturing applications. Analyze and resolve application issues, incidents, and service requests within SLA. Coordinate with business, development, DBA, and infra teams for issue resolution. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and suggest preventive actions. Support deployments, patches, and configuration changes. Maintain application documentation, SOPs, and support logs. Support UAT, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization. Provide user support and training when required.

Required Skills

Good communication and coordination skills. Strong understanding of application support processes (ITIL preferred). Basic understanding of application architecture and integrations. Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).
