:
As an IT Application Support Engineer, you will be supporting enterprise IT applications in the SCM area, used by Siemens Healthineers Business Units worldwide. Your tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
IT Support and Technical Expertise
xc2xb7 Ensure IT application availability 24/7 as well as the application performance
o working hours: 8/5 (Mo.-Fr., occasional on weekends)
o on-call: during nights and weekends in team rotation
xc2xb7 Provide 2nd level support within the Incident Management process (e.g. trouble shooting)
xc2xb7 Provide support within the Problem Management process (e.g. root cause analysis)
xc2xb7 Take care on the Access Management process
xc2xb7 Contribute to the Knowledge, Release and Configuration Management processes
xc2xb7 Perform the Escalation Management process
xc2xb7 Ensure and control backup and restore scenarios
xc2xb7 Configure and install enterprise IT applications
xc2xb7 Coordinate special technical requests with IT service providers
xc2xb7 Contribute to implementation of IT application architecture (technology, interfaces, landscape)
Quality/Compliance Management
xc2xb7 Contribute to accurate and up-to-date quality and end-user documentation
xc2xb7 Assist during internal and external audits
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
xc2xb7 Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science/Engineering and/or Business Management
xc2xb7 2-5 years of experiences in operational IT Support especially in Incident and Problem Management
xc2xb7 Hands on experience with SaaS, web-based and cloud applications
xc2xb7 Superior verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on multicultural sensitivity
xc2xb7 Fluent in English
xc2xb7 Critical thinking and analysis skills with respect to varying customer and business processes and requirements as they relate to a larger picture
xc2xb7 Strong teamwork skills
xc2xb7 Structured, proactive, and self-directed work style
xc2xb7 Availability for on-call duty in team rotation
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
xc2xb7 Experience in Loftware Spectrum Label printing solution
xc2xb7 Experience in Healthcare industry business processes
xc2xb7 Experience in the SCM area
xc2xb7 Preferred experience in Manufacturing Application.
