Summary - An exciting opportunity to join as an Application Support Specialist, where you will play a critical role in managing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale applications. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience in application deployment, APIs, monitoring tools, and working in dynamic, high-availability environments.

Responsibilities -

• Provide end-to-end Application Support for business-critical systems.
• Deploy, maintain, and automate APIs and application interfaces on enterprise platforms.
• Conduct log analysis, performance checks, and troubleshoot application failures.
• Work with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Kibana, and dynamic environments like OpenShift.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and seamless deployments.

Requirements -

• 5-9 years of experience in Application Support.
• Strong understanding of application servers, deployment processes, and API management.
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Jenkins, and cloud-based application environments.
• Proficiency in Java is mandatory; Python / Shell scripting is good to have.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like AppDynamics and Kibana.
