Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

IT Application Manager

to define, implement, and manage IT systems that align with business objectives. The role will oversee ERP, Field Force, and Inventory systems, manage IT infrastructure, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.

Requirements

IT Strategy & Implementation:

5-10 years of experience in defining IT roadmaps, developing IT architecture, and implementing ERP, Field Force, and Inventory systems.

Managerial Background:

3-4 years in a managerial role, preferably in

pharma, trade generics, or FMCG

, with strong ERP and supply chain software expertise.

Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with ERP, data management, IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.

Project & Vendor Management:

Proven track record in evaluating, negotiating, and managing IT vendors, along with handling budgets, ROI, and multiple system implementations.

Collaboration Skills:

Ability to work with

sales, supply chain, finance, and compliance teams

to ensure smooth operations and system integration.

Business & Compliance Focus:

Strong understanding of regulatory standards, IT security, and ability to ensure seamless support for field force, inventory, and order management systems.

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech. in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
