Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

IT Application Manager

to lead IT strategy, system implementation, vendor management, and infrastructure support. The role requires expertise in

ERP systems, field force applications, supply chain software, inventory management, and cloud platforms

, with proven experience in IT leadership.

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Roadmap:

Define and implement IT architecture aligned with business goals; ensure scalability, integration, and compliance.

System & Application Management:

Manage ERP, Field Force, and Inventory Management systems with vendor coordination and seamless integration.

IT Infrastructure:

Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and disaster recovery systems.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner with sales, supply chain, finance, and compliance teams to ensure IT systems support operational needs.

Project & Vendor Management:

Lead IT projects, manage vendor evaluations, negotiations, and contracts; ensure timely delivery and ROI.

Support & Troubleshooting:

Provide IT support for sales and field force tools, inventory/order management systems, and resolve IT-related challenges.

Required Skills & Experience

5-10 years of IT experience

with at least 3-4 years in managerial roles. Proven expertise in

ERP systems, field force applications, supply chain, and inventory software.

Strong understanding of

data management, IT infrastructure, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Excellent project management and vendor management skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities. Industry experience in

Pharma, Trade Generics, or FMCG

preferred.

Education

Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology (B.E. / B.Tech.)
