POSITION TITLE: IT Application Developer

POSITION LOCATION: Remote- India

YOUR ROLE
As an IT team member, you\xe2\x80\x99ll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions that are the foundation of the world class customer service that our customers expect and deserve \xe2\x80\x93 now and in the future.

In this role, you will work very closely with Project Stakeholders, vendors and Technical team. You will be responsible to support multiple technologically diverse applications. You will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and developing for an ETL and Cloud based application. The role is a very engaging mix of hands on technical work as well as to show leadership skills. You will need a blend of superb problem-solving and innovation skills to resolve a wide variety of technical production challenges. You will be working with Stakeholders and Solution Architects who thrive through innovation and will ensure ample room for innovation on every project you are involved in.

What you will be doing

• Act as a hands-on technical support for the team to ensure all objectives are met
• Coordinate with downstream and upstream systems for smooth operations.
• Able to learn tools and technologies needed in the project.
• Interact closely with various functional and cross -functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Switch between projects with agility.

What you bring

• Overall, 6 months to 12 months of experience
• Experience in any programming language
• Exposure to one of the cloud providers (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Proficient in SQL and Database Design and SQL Tuning
• Must be willing and able to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong focus on providing service to the customer.
• Out of the box thinking; Flexible / Critical thinking skills a must.
• Able to sell concepts and designs / benefits to multiple audiences.
• Able to work independently and in diverse, co-located and remote teams
