Manage application development and change requests in coordination with vendors
Oversee application maintenance, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
Handle application-related support tickets and user queries
Manage role-based access control (RBAC) across ERPNext, Moodle LMS, HRMS, and Analytics platforms
Ensure smooth data integration and data integrity across systems
Plan and execute backup, disaster recovery (RPO/RTO), and business continuity strategies
Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and cost optimization
Maintain system documentation, user manuals, and compliance records
Conduct user training and support adoption of applications
