We are seeking an enthusiastic IT & Systems Executive with at least 1 year of experience in managing internal systems, networks, devices, and surveillance (CCTV/camera) infrastructure. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, maintain security protocols, and ensure smooth operation of IT systems to support business continuity.
Key Responsibilities: System & Device Management
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other office devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for employees.
Regularly update operating systems, antivirus, and security patches.
Maintain IT asset inventory (systems, devices, accessories).
Network Management
Monitor and maintain local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
Configure and manage network devices such as switches, routers, and access points.
Troubleshoot connectivity and bandwidth issues.
Coordinate with ISPs/vendors for downtime or escalations.
Camera & Surveillance System
Install, configure, and monitor CCTV/IP cameras.
Perform regular health checks of cameras and NVR/DVR systems.
Ensure proper recording, backup, and retrieval of surveillance data.
Troubleshoot camera-related issues (hardware/software/network).
User Support & IT Helpdesk
Provide first-level IT support for employees across departments.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights (email, systems, network).
Educate staff on IT policies, best practices, and data security.
Security & Backup
Ensure antivirus and endpoint security is up to date across all systems.
Support data backup and recovery processes.
Monitor IT security risks and report incidents promptly.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
Basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, VPN).
Hands-on experience with CCTV/IP cameras, DVR/NVR setup.
Familiarity with IT hardware (laptops, printers, servers).
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and documentation abilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1 year of hands-on experience in IT support / system administration.
Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA A+/N+, MCP) will be an added advantage.
