SALES cum IT EXECUTIVE - JOB DESCRIPTION

SALES cum IT EXECUTIVE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. Helping with day to day IT Issue into software and hardware.

REPORTING LINE:

Reporting to: This position will be reporting to the Manager.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of user-reported hardware and software issues.

Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person assistance.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software.

Assist with data backup and recovery procedures.

Update and maintain network documentation.

Research and implement new technologies to improve our IT infrastructure.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanour while providing excellent customer service.

Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

1.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science.

2.

1-2 experience in Hardware and Software.

3.

Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills.

4.

Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint )

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
