IT & Network Administrator
to support our growing team and manage the backbone of our digital operations--ensuring smooth day-to-day office function and long-term infrastructure reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Office IT Support:
Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries and support issues
Set up and maintain workstations, monitors, printers, and peripherals for employees
Manage email accounts, shared drives, and permissions (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace)
Troubleshoot office equipment (printers, scanners, video conferencing tools)
Support staff with basic technical training and how-to guidance
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair, IT consumables, and software renewals
Network Administration:
Monitor and maintain network performance (Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, internet uptime)
Install, configure, and manage network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls)
Ensure VPN and remote access tools are functioning smoothly for hybrid teams
Maintain network security, firewall policies, and backup systems
Address internet connectivity issues and liaise with ISPs when required
System & IT Infrastructure:
Maintain user access control, security settings, and data backup schedules
Ensure devices are updated with antivirus and security patches
Manage on-site or cloud servers, shared storage, and file access policies
Keep IT documentation up to date (inventory, login credentials, manuals, etc.)
Support the setup and smooth running of office software and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
Staff Coordination & Communication:
Collaborate with teams to understand tech needs and resolve internal issues quickly
Assist with on-boarding new employees (email setup, device allocation, orientation)
Train staff on new tools, cyber security best practices, and basic troubleshooting
Act as liaison between departments and external IT vendors or service providers
Maintain clear communication with non-technical users in a supportive, friendly manner
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain and manage office documentation and records.
Coordinate with HR for on-boarding, attendance, and employee support activities.
Oversee facility-related tasks including housekeeping, supplies, and vendor management.
Handle minor office repairs and liaise with contractors or service providers when needed.
Support smooth functioning of daily office operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
1-3 years of IT support and network management experience
Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365 Admin, and cloud systems
Working knowledge of networking, firewalls, and endpoint security tools
Key Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks independently
Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Ability to translate tech into simple terms for non-technical staff
