Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable

IT & Dialer Administrator

to manage and support our full IT infrastructure.

What you'll handle:

Office networking (LAN/WiFi)

Server management & maintenance

Dialer setup, monitoring & optimization (Vicidial/GoAutoDial or similar)

Troubleshooting outages, call drops & SIP issues

Day-to-day IT support to ensure smooth operations

Who we're looking for:

? Strong knowledge of networking & Linux-based systems

? Hands-on experience with call center dialers

? Ability to manage IT infrastructure independently

? Fast problem-solver with a proactive approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

IT & Dailer Admin: 5 years (Required) BPO: 2 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
