Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in
residential, commercial, and infrastructure construction.
Manage and lead the sales team;
provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to close deals.
Collaborate with estimation and project teams to ensure accurate proposals and timely delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 2-8 years of experience in construction sales, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
2+ years of sales experience in construction, real estate, or related industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of construction processes, cost structures, and materials.
