We seek a dynamic individual to join our IT & Admin Associate team. This role combines responsibilities in information technology with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in both IT and administrative roles, with a strong understanding of technology systems and office procedures.

Responsibilities:

IT Support: Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot and resolve computer, network, and printer problems. Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and security. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives. Administrative Support: Assist in office management duties, including organizing meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary equipment. Maintain accurate records and databases, both electronic and paper-based. Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents. General Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of IT and administrative functions. Stay up-to-date with advances in technology and best practices in administration. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to security and confidentiality. Participate in training and professional development activities as required.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 to 2 years of combined experience in IT support and administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common business software. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Familiarity with networking concepts and systems administration. Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices. Certification in IT support or related field (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) is a plus.
