Ideal Candidate

Graduate degree (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent). 3+ years of experience in administration/operations Proficiency in Excel (expense tracking, simple reports). Experience in asset management, vendor coordination, and travel support. Good communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with MS Office/Microsoft Workspace.
Job Responsibilities

Administration & Vendor Coordination Support day-to-day office operations and administration tasks. Assist in coordinating with vendors for office supplies, services, and renewals. Maintain simple records of vendor contacts and service schedules. IT Support should know, How to formatted restart the systems, arrange the System. Looking after cleanliness supervision Asset & Logistics Support Help with maintaining and tracking office assets. Manage logistics, including courier shipments and supplies. Occasionally travel to Surat and BKC office?to oversee vendor activities and manage requirements on-site. Expense & Travel Support Assist with expense tracking and entries. Help with travel bookings and coordination for team members. Reporting & Records Prepare simple Excel reports for expenses and office activities. Maintain updated records for compliance and audits.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
