We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused IT Systems & Data Analyst to serve as the master data owner and key liaison between internal teams and our IT managed service provider.
This role is responsible for managing and maintaining internal IT systems, ensuring data integrity across platforms, and building organizational IT policies and procedures from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to support internal (employees) and external (vendors, partners) stakeholders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Systems & Infrastructure Management
Act as the internal system administrator for all core platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, etc.).
Maintain master user and access data across systems, ensuring proper provisioning, deactivation, and updates.
Monitor IT system performance, uptime, and security, escalating issues through Teceze as needed.
Oversee DNS records, SSL certificates, and integration updates for web applications and internal tools.
Manage IT service requests and incident logs to ensure timely and documented resolutions.
2. Vendor Management
Serve as the primary liaison with IT provider, coordinating priorities, service delivery, and escalations.
Track SLAs, open tickets, and project progress to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
Participate in regular review meetings with Teceze to discuss performance metrics, incident trends, and process improvements.
Ensure documentation of all vendor interactions, service changes, and configurations.
3. Master Data Ownership
Maintain accuracy and governance of all master data, including users, vendors, customers, and partners.
Conduct periodic data validation, cleansing, and audits to uphold system integrity.
Manage access control, security group assignments, and data lifecycle across multiple systems.
Support business reporting and compliance through accurate data maintenance.
4. Policy Development & IT Governance
Design, implement, and maintain IT policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all KUR entities.
Establish frameworks for IT risk management, data retention, cybersecurity hygiene, and access controls.
Lead IT compliance initiatives in partnership with the Director of Corporate Administration.
Conduct internal audits and maintain IT documentation for regulatory and operational readiness.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
Partner with HR, Finance, Research, and Operations teams to support business systems and ensure smooth integration of technology.
Provide exceptional internal customer service -- clear communication, responsive follow-up, and user-friendly guidance.
Liaise with external vendors or regulatory stakeholders when technical documentation or data validation is required.
Train users on new policies, security awareness, and IT tools as policies evolve.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
4-5 years of experience in IT system administration, M365/Azure support, or IT policy management.
Demonstrated experience in building IT policies and governance frameworks.
Familiarity with vendor management, ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), and ISO audit compliance.
Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
