In this key role, you will support Microsoft (MS) Teams calling, manage our cutting-edge Digital Signage environment, and administer cellular phones. Your technical expertise and excellent communication skills will be crucial in ensuring seamless operations and robust support for our advanced collaboration and communication systems. • Enhanced Communication: By supporting Microsoft Teams calling, the analyst will ensure seamless communication within the organization, leading to improved collaboration and productivity.
• Effective Information Distribution: Managing the Digital Signage environment will enable the efficient distribution of information across the organization, ensuring that all employees are well-informed and up to date.
• Expanded Connectivity: Administering cellular phones will ensure that employees have reliable and efficient communication tools, enhancing their ability to stay connected and perform their tasks effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in supporting MS Teams calling or similar systems
• Knowledge of Digital Signage systems and cellular phone administration
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• 5 days Work from office
• Shift Timing -01:00PM -10PM IST

Work Environment

• The primary location for this position is Bangalore PSN
• Relocation is NOT available
• This role may require occasional on-call support and the ability to work flexible hours to address urgent issues
• 10% travel may be required
