JOB SUMMARY:

IT Analyst

Bangalore

Band:

M1 (3 to 5 years)

Shift Timing:

Rotational (9:30 PM to 7:30 AM/ 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM)

:

Must have experience in ITIL, Desktop support, Mac Book, Active Directory, Intune, Office 365. Must have experience in Service Now, ticket resolution. Good to have WMI scripting. Willing to work in rotational shift. O365 HANDS ON Analyst - networking troubleshooting, desktop support * Understand AV troubleshooting
