We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused IT Admission Counselor to guide prospective learners through our IT training programs. The role involves counseling students, understanding their career goals, and helping them enroll in suitable courses while ensuring a smooth admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings regarding IT courses and career paths
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable training programs
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
Handle student queries related to courses, fees, curriculum, and placements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of IT courses (Full Stack, Data Science, AI, Cloud, etc.)
Strong persuasion and counseling abilities
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and lead management
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, or Education Sales
Ability to handle high-volume inquiries
Positive attitude with a student-first mindset
