Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Admission Counselor to join our IT Training Center team. The Admission Counselor will play a pivotal role in guiding potential students through the enrollment process, providing them with information about our courses, and ensuring a seamless admission experience.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling:

Understand prospective students' educational and career goals. Provide detailed information about our IT training programs, certifications, and career pathways. Address queries about course content, fee structure, batch timings, and placement support.

Lead Management:

Follow up on inquiries generated through various channels (calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins).Maintain a database of prospective students and update their status in the CRM system. Admission Process: Guide students through the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. Ensure timely fee payment and batch allocation. Outreach Activities: Participate in promotional events, workshops, webinars, and campus visits to generate leads. Build relationships with colleges, universities, and other institutions to drive referrals.

Feedback and Reporting:

Gather feedback from students and parents to enhance the admission process. Provide weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and admission trends to the management team.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Education, Business, or IT).Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Knowledge of IT training programs (Java, Python, Full-Stack Development, etc.) is a plus.Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
