Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

IT / Network Administrator

to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, including network systems, servers, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and secure daily operations of all IT systems, provide technical support, and implement best practices for network security and data protection.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain

network devices

(routers, switches, firewalls, access points, etc.). Manage and monitor

LAN/WAN networks

, VPN connections, and internet connectivity. Oversee

server administration

(Windows/Linux), backups, and system updates. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Ensure

network security

through firewalls, antivirus, patching, and access control policies. Manage IT assets, user accounts, email setups, and system access rights. Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, maintenance, and service agreements. Maintain proper documentation of network configurations, licenses, and support activities. Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance. Support IT infrastructure during installations, upgrades, and expansions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 1 years of experience as an IT or Network Administrator. Strong knowledge of

network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)

and

firewall configurations

. Experience with

Windows/Linux servers

, Active Directory, and basic cloud platforms. Proficiency in troubleshooting network and system issues. Familiarity with

network monitoring tools

and

backup solutions

. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as

CCNA

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
