Job Overview

We are hiring a

hands-on IT Administrator

responsible for

employee laptop security, IT support, and on-prem server administration

. The role focuses on

endpoint security, laptop lifecycle management, VPN, antivirus, credential management

, and coordination with hardware vendors.

This position is critical in maintaining a

secure and reliable IT environment

.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, secure, and maintain

company laptops (Windows/macOS)

Onboard new employees

: Laptop setup Required software installation Antivirus, VPN, credential manager configuration Install and manage

antivirus / endpoint protection tools

Configure and troubleshoot

VPN and secure remote access

Manage

user access, passwords, and credentials

Perform

OS updates, patching, and security checks

Provide day-to-day

IT support to employees

Maintain

on-prem servers

(basic administration & monitoring) Coordinate with

hardware vendors

for laptop repair, replacement, and warranty Maintain

IT asset inventory and documentation

Support employee

offboarding

(access removal, laptop recovery)

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

Windows/macOS laptop administration

Experience with

antivirus, VPN, disk encryption

Basic understanding of

networking (LAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)

Exposure to

on-prem servers (Linux/Windows)

Good troubleshooting and vendor coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

fintech / BFSI / corporate IT

Familiarity with

MDM tools

(Intune, Jamf, ManageEngine) Awareness of

IT security best practices
