Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot all IT systems, including computers, servers, networking equipment, and printers.
Ensure data security, perform regular system backups, and manage antivirus and firewall configurations.
Provide first-level technical support to teaching, admin, and office staff for hardware/software issues.
Manage the school's Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and PA systems.
Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, and IT tools.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement, AMC, and service support.
Maintain IT asset inventory and update IT documentation regularly.
Assist in the setup and management of smart classrooms, projectors, and AV systems.
Support school events with IT, sound, and presentation setups.
Conduct periodic IT audits and report technical risks or gaps.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience:
2-5 years of IT system/network administration experience (preferably in an educational or institutional setting).
Technical Skills Required:
Hands-on experience with Windows OS, LAN/WAN networks, and routers/switches.
Familiarity with school ERPs, biometric systems, CCTV monitoring tools.
Knowledge of system backup, restoration, and data protection best practices.
Strong troubleshooting and remote support skills.
Working knowledge of hardware maintenance and networking basics.
Soft Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage time and handle pressure during IT downtime

9:00 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
