Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers.
Support IT team in managing user accounts, email, and access rights.
Assist in software updates, patch management, and system backups.
Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
Troubleshoot common problems faced by end-users and escalate when necessary.
Ensure adherence to IT policies and security guidelines.
Document IT support activities and prepare simple reports
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls).
Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and MS Office suite.
Understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of antivirus, system updates, and data backup methods.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn new technologies.
