The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, robust network security, and reliable technical support to all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Administration:
Manage, monitor, and maintain computer systems, servers, operating systems, and applications.
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, and network devices.
Oversee user account management, permissions, and system access rights.
Implement and monitor IT policies, procedures, and standards across the organization.
Ensure timely backups, disaster recovery planning, and system restorations.
Digital Marketing.
Content Creation.
Networking:
Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
Ensure network security, monitoring, and troubleshooting of connectivity issues.
Conduct periodic network performance checks and optimize efficiency.
Coordinate with service providers for internet and leased line connections.
Maintain IT inventory of networking equipment and licenses.
Support & Security:
Provide helpdesk support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install and monitor antivirus, endpoint protection, and security patches.
Implement data protection, cybersecurity protocols, and compliance measures.
Train staff on IT best practices, security awareness, and digital safety.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (3-6 years) as an IT Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, MS Office 365, Active Directory, and cloud solutions.
Hands-on experience with networking hardware, firewalls, and security systems.
Familiarity with backup solutions, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and CCTV/biometric systems.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
