Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support all IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and
network devices.
Provide day-to-day technical support to users (Windows & Mac OS).
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Manage and maintain software licenses (Adobe, MS Office, etc.).
Handle vendor coordination for procurement, AMC, and IT support services.
Monitor system performance, backups, and security compliance.
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure timely upgrades/replacements.
Support installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems and applications.
Ensure IT policies, processes, and documentation are up to date.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2-4 years of experience in IT administration/support roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows & Mac OS environments.
Knowledge of software license management (Adobe, MS Office, etc.).
Good understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, and security practices.
Experience in troubleshooting hardware/software/peripheral devices.
Excellent vendor management and coordination skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Workspace, O365, etc.).
Exposure to IT security tools and best practices.
Knowledge of backup solutions and IT asset management tools.
