Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Administrator Intern who has recently graduated from college and wants to gain hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure. You will support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of networks, routers, firewalls, switches, and ISP connectivity across our offices and remote teams.

What You'll Do

Assist in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls. Support LAN/WAN setup, network monitoring, and ISP coordination. Help maintain and upgrade Wi-Fi, VPN, and endpoint devices. Document IT procedures, network diagrams, and troubleshooting steps. Provide basic IT support for internal employees (laptops, access, connectivity). Gain exposure to IT security, compliance, and cloud networking.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (recent graduate). Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs). Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and ISP troubleshooting. Exposure to VPNs, Wi-Fi setup, and endpoint management is a plus. Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
