Job description: Maintain laptop and hardware troubleshooting. Handling and troubleshoot issues remotely. System monitoring and maintenance including configuration and security management, patching, automation, hardening and system upgrades. Ensuring overall system and server uptime, availability, reliability, and security. Ensure security through access control, backups and firewalls. Assigning IP phone and troubleshooting issues. Capable of handling servers and Microsoft software. Strong networking and system administration knowledge Solid understanding and experience in system /network security. Capable of handling network printer set up and access issues. Capable of handling LAN and WAN network issues. Freshers can also apply. Internship Period : 6 Months Candidate who have completed CCNA Or MCSE is preferred. Looking for candidates from Kannur, kerala Male candidates preferred Based on the performance during the internship period candidate will be promoted to System Administrator after the internship period
