Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure Management
Monitor, manage, and maintain company IT systems, networks, and servers (Linux & Windows).
Ensure optimal system performance, availability, and scalability.
Perform routine system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
Network & Security Administration
Oversee LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
Implement and maintain IT security policies, firewalls, antivirus, and backup systems.
Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
Manage and support ERPNext system usage and maintenance.
Coordinate with stakeholders for customization, troubleshooting, and training on ERP modules.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees (hardware, software, network issues).
Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
Document troubleshooting steps and create knowledge base articles for internal use.
Software & Hardware Administration
Manage installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems and business applications.
Maintain hardware inventory (desktops, laptops, printers, servers, etc.) and coordinate repairs/upgrades when necessary.
Work closely with other departments to align IT systems with business needs.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of IT policies, procedures, and configurations.
Assist in IT-related training for staff to improve technical literacy.
