Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

IT and Security Administrator

with over 10 years of

expertise to lead and manage our IT infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, and enterprise

systems. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, a strategic mindset, and a

hands-on approach to ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of our IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Administration:

?Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, networks,

storage, virtualization, cloud services).

?Manage user access, roles, and provisioning across systems (Active Directory, O365,

Azure, etc.).

?Oversee the configuration and maintenance of hardware and software across the

organization.

?Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning.

?Lead patch management, software upgrades, and system migrations.

?Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies are in place and tested.

Security Administration:

?Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls aligned with industry best practices (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).

? Administer firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and other security tools.

? Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk evaluations.

Manage SIEM, threat detection, and incident response processes.

? Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) and

security frameworks.

? Train internal teams on security awareness and best practices.

Project Leadership & Collaboration:

?Lead cross-functional projects related to IT and security (e.g., system upgrades, new

technology rollouts).

?Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align IT strategy with business goals.

?Coordinate with third-party vendors, auditors, and managed service providers.

?Mentor junior IT staff and build knowledge-sharing processes within the team.

Required Qualifications:

?Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a

related field.

?10+ years of progressive experience in IT administration and cybersecurity.

?Strong expertise in:

?Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, Intune, O365)

?Network infrastructure (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)

?Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)

?Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

?Security tools (EDR, SIEM, MFA, DLP, MDM)

?Solid understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls.

?Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2,

NIST, PCI-DSS).

?Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect

?CompTIA Network+ / Server+

?Cisco CCNA/CCNP

?VMware VCP

Security Certifications:

?CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)

?CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)

?CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)

?CompTIA Security+ / CySA+

?Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision.

?Proven track record of managing large-scale IT and security operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
