Job Description
1 to 5 years of relevant experience in troubleshooting networking environments and cloud applications.Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, telephones, and software applications.Managing Licenses for Windows OS, Microsoft Office and other Proprietary Software.
- Experience with Networking Devices like Firewall, Routers, WiFi, LAN Networks, VOIP, Printer, and Mode. Manage internal and external vendors for all support-related issues.
- Installing, Configuring and Maintaining Laptops, Desktops and Software.
- Provide expertise and support during systems upgrades, installations, conversions, and file maintenance.
- Keep current with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements.
- CCNA Certification will be added advantage
