Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain servers, workstations, and network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Implement and enforce security protocols, conduct regular audits, and manage firewalls and antivirus solutions to protect organizational data.
Provide technical support to staff, resolve IT-related issues, and conduct training sessions on new technologies and best practices.
Establish and manage data backup procedures, ensuring data integrity and swift recovery in case of system failures.
Maintain accurate records of IT systems, configurations, and procedures; generate reports on system performance and incidents.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
