to manage and support our dealership's IT infrastructure across locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all hardware (PCs, printers, servers, routers, etc.)
Handle network configuration, troubleshooting, and connectivity issues
Provide support for DMS (Dealer Management System) and Hyundai software
Regular data backup and system security management
Coordinate with vendors for IT-related purchases and AMC services
Support users with day-to-day IT issues and ensure minimal downtime
Monitor CCTV, biometric, and dealership display systems
