Location: Pune (Hybrid working)
Status: Permanent, Full Time

Why are we hiring a IT Administration & Commercial Specialist? We're on the hunt for a IT Administration & Commercial Specialist as part of our company's growth.
The IT Administration & Commercial Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration activities, covering vendor management, procurement, renewals, asset management and other support duties.

What are you responsible for?

  • Provide administrative assistance to all team members.
  • Management of the IT Asset Database.
  • IT Supplier Process Member
  • Carry out tasks according to the defined / established process and, as applicable, its activities and procedures (e.g. the procedure of prioritizing an incident).
  • Report to case owners and / or process managers, as appropriate.
  • Contribute to the effectiveness and continual improvement of the process.
  • Adherence to the Company's Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
  • Previous experience in IT administration or relevant role
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Hands on experience in MS SharePoint is preferable
  • Familiarity with IT management procedures and purchasing principles.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong prioritisation and organisation skills; strong record keeping skills.
