Job Title: IT Executive
Job Summary: The IT Executive is responsible for overseeing the organization's information technology systems, infrastructure, and operations. This role involves managing IT projects, ensuring the security and integrity of data, providing technical support to end-users, and implementing technology solutions to improve business efficiency. The IT Executive collaborates with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Infrastructure Management:
Maintain and monitor the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems, to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Plan and implement upgrades, installations, and configurations of hardware and software components.
Conduct regular backups and implement disaster recovery plans to safeguard data and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage contracts, licenses, and service level agreements.
2. IT Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and assisting with system configurations.
Respond to user inquiries, resolve problems, and escalate complex issues as needed.
Develop and maintain IT documentation, including user manuals, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Conduct user training sessions to enhance IT literacy and productivity.
3. IT Project Management:
Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, software implementations, and infrastructure enhancements.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, allocate resources, and manage project risks.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate project status to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
4. Data Security and Compliance:
Backup all data .
Resolving Queries.
Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry best practices.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
5. Vendor Management:
Evaluate and select technology vendors, products, and services based on organizational requirements and budget.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues, track performance, and ensure timely support and maintenance.
Coordinating with vendors.
Knowledge of fireball.
Server management .
Manage Services provider vendor for different software in the company like ERP, CRM & HR Software Etc .
6. Technology Planning and Strategy:
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
Assess and recommend technology solutions that align with business needs and goals.
Develop IT strategies, roadmaps, and budgets in collaboration with management.
Provide guidance and insights on IT investments and initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in IT management, infrastructure, and support roles.
Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and systems.
Familiarity with IT project management methodologies and tools.
Solid understanding of data security, compliance, and risk management.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
