Implement and manage virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Network Management
Configure, monitor, and manage firewalls, routers, and switches.
Ensure robust network security and data protection protocols are in place.
Optimize LAN/WAN performance and reliability.
IT Security
Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices.
Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and system updates.
Manage antivirus, endpoint protection, and data backup solutions.
Support & Troubleshooting
Provide Level 2/3 technical support to end-users.
Resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
Document system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Project Implementation
Lead and execute IT projects, such as system migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT-related needs.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve IT efficiency.
Vendor Management
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment and services.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and cost-effective solutions.
