Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, and office systems
Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network issues
Manage IT assets, inventory, and user access
Install and maintain OS, applications, and internal tools
Monitor internet, Wi-Fi, and basic IT security
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers
Requirements:
Graduate in IT / Computer Science or related field
1-4 years of experience in IT support or system administration
Knowledge of Windows/macOS, basic networking, and office IT setup
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
Experience in startups or fast-paced environments
Exposure to ERP, CRM, or internal business tools
