Urgent opening for IT Admin- Solar company with Good salary

Location: Near Hopes, Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Facility Management

Manage and oversee all IT operations across the office, including servers, networking, and data security. Maintain and administer company surveillance systems (CCTV cameras), access controls, and related security infrastructure. Ensure smooth functioning of all IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, routers, and other peripherals. Manage company SIM cards, ID cards, and related IT assets (allocation, activation, and deactivation). Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

Vendor & Compliance Management

Coordinate with external IT vendors for maintenance, procurement, and troubleshooting. Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and company policies.

Creative & Branding Support

Design and develop marketing/branding materials including posters, brochures, and banners as per company requirements. Support internal and external communication with high-quality graphic designs. Collaborate with the marketing team for creative campaigns and digital branding activities.

Team Leadership & Reporting

Lead and mentor the IT support staff to deliver timely assistance to all departments. Regularly report IT performance, risks, and upgrades to management. Plan and execute IT upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT/Computer Science or relevant field. Proven experience in IT infrastructure management (server, network, CCTV, and IT assets). Hands-on experience with SIM & ID card management processes. Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDraw, etc.). Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Looking MALE candidates and Imedidate joiners Prefer Local candidates (Near Hopes/Singanallur- Coimbatore) Age limit upto 30

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of IT security, firewalls, and cloud services. Experience in IT budgeting and procurement. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
