Job Description

System & Network Management
Install, configure, and maintain hardware (computers, servers, printers, routers, switches, etc.).
Manage local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network and system issues.
Maintain and update antivirus, firewall, and security systems.software & Data Management
Install, update, and license operating systems and software applications.
Manage data backups and recovery systems to prevent data loss.
Ensure all systems comply with organizational data security policies.
Support
Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network problems.
Create and manage user accounts, email IDs, and system access permissions.
Train employees on IT systems and data protection best practices.

ecurity & Compliance
Implement cybersecurity measures to protect systems from malware and unauthorized access.
Maintain compliance with IT policies and industry regulations.
Monitor usage of IT assets and ensure confidentiality of information.
Inventory & Maintenance
Maintain inventory of IT assets - hardware, software licenses, and accessories.
Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, AMC, and repairs.
Keep IT documentation and records updated (network diagrams, asset logs, etc.).
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or related field.
2-5 years of experience in IT administration or support role.
Knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and cloud applications.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation abilities
Preferred Certifications:
CompTIA A+ / Network+
Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) / MCSA
Cisco Certified Network Associate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
