All Care Therapies is a rapidly growing IT and Medical back office Management Company. We provide superior consulting and management services for the healthcare industry. All Care Therapies brings a fresh and innovative approach to back office healthcare management.

The System Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and

reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure. This role

ensures that systems are running efficiently, securely, and are regularly updated. The

administrator will also provide technical support to users, manage backups, and

monitor system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware. Manage network servers, technology tools, and on-premise/cloud-based

infrastructure.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls. Create and manage user accounts and permissions. Apply OS patches and upgrades regularly; upgrade administrative tools and

utilities.

Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures. Support disaster recovery planning and testing. Collaborate with Admin Team / Managers on projects and problem resolution.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar

role.

Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and

networking protocols.

Familiarity with backup and recovery tools and best practices. Working knowledge of security and system monitoring tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Add on: Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Cisco CCNA preferred.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange. Knowledge of ITIL processes.nformation will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
