Technical Support:

Provide technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems efficiently.

User Account Management:

Create, modify, and delete user accounts, managing permissions and access rights to ensure proper system access.

Hardware and Software Maintenance:

Install, configure, and maintain company hardware (computers, servers, peripherals) and software, including updates and patches.
Infrastructure Management

Network Maintenance:

Oversee the functionality of network components like routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.

Server Management:

Install, configure, and maintain servers, ensuring they are running efficiently and securely.

Operating Systems:

Install, update, and maintain operating systems across all devices, optimizing performance and compatibility.
Security and Data Management

Security Protocols:

Implement and enforce security policies, manage firewalls, and conduct regular security checks to protect the company's systems.

Data Backup and Recovery:

Develop and implement strategies for regular data backups and maintain disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical data.
Collaboration and Communication

Vendor Coordination:

Work with third-party vendors for IT hardware and software procurement.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, network setups, and IT procedures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operation of IT systems and address business needs.
Required Skills

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with operating systems, network administration, and various hardware and software systems.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions for technical problems.

Communication Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with users and other teams.
