We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled
IT Admin & Support Executive
to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure while providing day-to-day technical support to employees. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth hardware, software, network, and system operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain
computers, printers, and networking devices
.
Provide
technical support to staff
for software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
Maintain and troubleshoot
LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity
.
Set up and manage
user accounts, emails, and system access
.
Perform regular
data backups, antivirus checks, and system updates
.
Document IT issues and resolutions; escalate to vendors or higher IT support when necessary.
Manage inventory of IT assets and licenses.
Ensure IT security, privacy policies, and compliance are followed.
Support the implementation of new tools, software, and upgrades.
Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets and maintain service-level commitments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
0 -4 years of experience in IT administration or desktop support. (Freshers with knowledge in basic computer hardware and software are also welcome.
Strong knowledge of
Windows, MS Office, Networking (TCP/IP), and Antivirus Tools
.
Familiarity with
hardware troubleshooting
, printer/scanner setup, and basic server support.
Good understanding of
cloud email platforms
(e.g., Google Workspace, Outlook).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
