We are seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, network operations, security systems, and day-to-day technical support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
networking, CCTV systems, Google Workspace administration (including migrations)
, and providing reliable IT support in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure & Network Management
Manage and maintain office network operations and internet connectivity
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot
TP-Link switches, routers, and access points
Resolve network issues including IP conflicts, bandwidth problems, and server connectivity
Monitor network performance and implement optimizations
Ensure secure WiFi setup, including employee and guest networks
2. CCTV & Physical Security Systems
Install, configure, and maintain
CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems
, and storage
Troubleshoot camera connectivity, recording issues, and access problems
Manage user access and viewing permissions for CCTV systems
Ensure proper backup and retention of CCTV footage
Coordinate with vendors for CCTV hardware upgrades or repairs
3. Systems Security & Access Control
Manage network access controls and user permissions
Configure and monitor firewall and security settings
Conduct basic security checks and vulnerability reviews
Ensure endpoint protection and antivirus coverage across all devices
Follow data security and IT best practices
4. Password & Credential Management
Manage

account and user access
Add/remove users and control access to internal tools (Notion, CRM, dashboards, etc.)
Update expired passwords and maintain strong credential hygiene
Implement and manage
2FA/MFA
wherever applicable
Educate employees on password and security best practices
5. Google Workspace & Email Administration
Administer
Google Workspace
(Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Admin Console)
Handle
email and data migrations from Microsoft (Outlook / Microsoft 365) to Google Workspace
Manage users, groups, permissions, storage, and security policies
Troubleshoot email delivery, access, and syncing issues
Support collaboration tools and enforce Workspace best practices
6. Technical Support & User Experience
Provide first-level IT support for laptops, desktops, software, and systems
Troubleshoot email, calendar, productivity, and collaboration tools
Support Notion workspace setup and resolve user issues
Manage biometric attendance system setup and synchronization
Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate repairs or replacements
7. System Integration & Optimization
Ensure smooth integration between ecommerce platforms, CRM, and analytics tools
Monitor and optimize performance of business-critical systems
Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures
Coordinate software updates, patches, and system upgrades
Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and system records
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations, CRM, and leadership teams
Communicate system updates, downtimes, and maintenance schedules
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
Support IT onboarding and setup for new employees
Provide technical input for evaluation and implementation of new tools
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
1-2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
Strong understanding of
networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Hands-on experience with
TP-Link or similar networking devices
Experience with
CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of
Google Workspace administration and migrations
Working knowledge of Windows and basic Linux systems
Familiarity with password management tools and security practices
Essential Experience
IT support experience in a
small to medium-sized business
Experience supporting ecommerce or D2C technology environments
Exposure to CRM systems and internal business tools
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles
Experience with remote and on-site user support
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Clear communication skills in
English and Hindi
Patience and customer-focused approach with non-technical users
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proactive mindset to prevent issues before they occur
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
Notion, Slack, or similar collaboration tools
Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics
Experience with inventory or asset management systems
Certifications such as
CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent
