Key Responsibilities - IT
Provide desktop support and resolve hardware/software issues
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, networks, and devices
Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups
Ensure data security and monitor system performance
Maintain inventory of IT assets and coordinate with vendors
Support remote access, printer setup, and basic networking
Administrative Responsibilities:
Oversee general office operations and facility management
Coordinate procurement of office supplies and equipment
Manage company records, documentation, and filing systems
Handle courier services, vendor coordination, and visitor management
Assist HR/admin with onboarding, ID cards, and access setup
Ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained work environment
Key Skills Required:
Strong troubleshooting and IT support skills
Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
Good organizational and administrative skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
0-2 years of experience in a similar IT and admin support role
