About NEDWe are one of the leading Batteries manufacturing limited Company, with an annual turnover of more than Rs. 200 Cr to have an opening for Dynamic, Talented, carrier oriented candidate: -Hardware and Software troubleshooting dealing with Windows /7 /8/10/MAC/Linux OS.

• Networking troubleshooting which includes LAN, WAN, Configuring Access Points to enhance wireless range
• G suite E-Mail creating for newly joiner, resetting password and creating group for dept. wise communication, and manage backup mails and restore.
• Using tools Team Viewer, any desk, show my pc remote access to perform troubleshooting and installation required software's to the end users,
• Configuration and Troubleshooting M S Outlook 2007, 2010, 2016, 2019 Office
• Resolve hardware / software issues on Desktop / Laptop/Workstation Laptop
• Experience on IP Security Surveillance
• Installing, Configuring DHCP, DNS Server,
• Troubleshooting diagnosing, solving & replacing network devices parts
• Installing and Configuring Wi-Fi devices and MAC Filters
• Install and Manage Network Printer, Share Printer and Local Printers
• Coordinate with vendors to relating IT requirements and service.
• Configuration managing FTP Server.
• Maintain IT assets, weekly Backup register, Preventative Maintenance, Hardware issue register, as per ISO procedure.
• Assisted with PC Administration in all levels of hardware and software support as needed includes service desk support by answering calls, email and in person user assistance, including but not limited to PC's, printers, scanners,
• Creating system image (Ghost) and restoring backup.

Network Engineer

• Installing and Configuring Wi-Fi devices and MAC Filters
• Install and Manage Network Printer, Share Printer and Local Printers
• Coordinate with vendors relating IT requirements and service.
• Experience on CCTV configuration and backup.
• Configuration Access points like Cisco, D-link, Unifi and Aruba
• Implement & Administering Windows, 2008R2, 2012 R2 Server with domain

- Setting up and Administering Users and Groups- Delegating security permission for Active directory users- Implementing Group policy in Active directory * G suite E-Mail creating for new joiner, resetting password and creating group for dept. wise communication, and manage backup mails.

• Configuring, monitoring, and maintaining the email applications or virus protection.
• Designing, configuring and testing computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software
• Using tools Team Viewer, any desk, show my pc remote access to perform troubleshooting and installation required software's to the end users.
• Configuration and creation internal group policy in firewalls Sonic Wall.IT System Administrator

• Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections.
• Handle daily technical support activity on desktop support and data Network
• Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers.
• Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs.
• Interact with staff on desktop and Laptop problems and their resolution.
• Network and connect computers within organization to better communication.
• Hardware and Software troubleshooting dealing with Win XP /7 /8 /10
• Networking troubleshooting which includes LAN, WAN.
