Manage and maintain all IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, CCTV, and network equipment.
Provide timely technical support to employees and resolve system-related issues.
Ensure secure and stable network operations, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, antivirus, and security patches.
Maintain user accounts, access permissions, email IDs, and system privileges.
Monitor server backups, data security, and implement IT policies as per organizational standards.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and track AMC, warranty, and service records.
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, procurement, and technical issues.
Support online platforms, ERP systems, DMS (Honda), and cloud applications.
Ensure cybersecurity measures, password protocols, and data protection compliance.
Assist in setting up IT requirements for new branches, events, and training sessions.
Prepare periodic IT reports, system health status, and update management on technical needs.
