to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure across departments. The ideal candidate will handle daily technical operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, systems, and networks
Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, and POS systems
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi networks
Ensure data backup, recovery, and IT security practices
Maintain IT inventory and manage company IT assets
Support ERP, CRM, POS, and internal software systems
Manage email accounts, user access, and credentials
Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in IT support or system administration
Strong knowledge of networking, system configuration, and troubleshooting
Experience with CCTV, biometric devices, and POS systems preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
