Provide technical support to teachers, staff, and students for hardware, software, printers, and internet-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, projectors, printers, and interactive smart boards.
Monitor and maintain the school's Wi-Fi network, ensuring stable connectivity across the campus.
2. System & Network Maintenance
Perform regular system updates, antivirus checks, and backups.
Manage and maintain user accounts, passwords, and permissions.
Ensure data security and compliance with school IT policies.
Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
3. Support for Digital Learning & Administration
Assist teachers in using digital learning tools such as Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, or other LMS platforms.
Provide support for online assessments, digital noticeboards, and audiovisual systems.
Maintain the school's email systems and website (if applicable).
4. Inventory & Asset Management
Keep an updated inventory of IT equipment, accessories, and software licenses.
Recommend upgrades or replacements for outdated systems.
5. Training & Awareness
Conduct basic IT training for teachers and administrative staff.
Promote digital safety, cybersecurity awareness, and responsible technology use within the school.
