Job Description

• Tech Support (Hardware/Network & Software).Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.Provide support for Windows OS, Office 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Handle user issues via ticketing systems and remote support tools. Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues.Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.Monitor network performance and ensure connectivity.Support and troubleshoot Visual Studio 2022 and SQL Server Dev Tools.
• Assist developers with tool setup, integration, and updates.
• Maintain and support Office 365 suite across devices.
• Manage VMs, storage, networking, and backups. Monitor performance, security, and optimize cloud resources.
