Experience: Minimum 6 months as IT Administrator
Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
Salary: 14000 - 20000 per month +variables

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Administrator to manage and support the IT infrastructure of our NBFC operations in Kochi. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, system reliability, and user support. Key Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot desktop systems, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access controls.
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and firewalls.
Perform regular system backups and updates.
Provide end-user technical support for hardware and software issues.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance.
Ensure system security and compliance with company IT policies. Key Skills & Requirements
Hands-on experience in Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
Knowledge of routers, switches, and network troubleshooting.
Familiarity with antivirus management and data backup systems.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT tasks. Preferred Candidate Profile
Male candidates residing in or near Ernakulam district.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
